- Supervisory Development programme for supervisory staff(both from field and office)
- Development programmes for office staff.
Executive Development Programme
- Up to the level of Assistant Managers
- Dy.Managers/Managers
- Chief Managers and above
The above training activities are of following classes:-
- Inhouse training through internal/external faculty.
- Outside specialised training courses. Employees are sponsored to various renowned training institutes/organisation in the country.
- Customer/client training/New system/process etc.
- Foreign training under Colombo Plan, UNDP, etc.
