Shri Sangram Kumar Mishra is an accomplished engineering professional with over three decades of diverse experience in executing mega high value projects spanning the Petroleum, Refining, Petrochemicals, Offshore, LNG, Pipeline, Power, Steel, and Infrastructure sectors. Throughout his career, he has exemplified excellence in leadership, project management, and strategic execution—contributing significantly to the growth of India’s energy and other industrial sectors. He is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Utkal University and holds an MBA degree as well.

Shri Mishra began his professional journey with MECON Limited in 1995. There, he played a key role in the concept-to-commissioning of the Continuous Casting Plant-II for SAIL, Rourkela. He later joined Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL) (acquired by Tata Steel Limited), where he successfully led the commissioning and operations of a 65 MW Captive Power Plant, ensuring consistent and safe performance.

In 2008, he became part of Engineers India Limited (EIL), a premier public sector engineering consultancy under the aegis of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG), Government of India. In his illustrious professional journey in EIL, he was instrumental in delivering several complex projects in India and overseas ranging from refinery expansions, overseas assignments in Abu Dhabi for ADNOC, TAKREER, and DEWA, to LNG Projects for PLL, GAIL & KLL and Cross-country pipeline projects for HRRL. Some of the projects under his leadership achieved remarkable milestones, including the completion of India’s largest-diameter (52”) refinery pipeline, the country’s first SECT-heated cross-country pipeline, and several major EPC works known for innovation, efficiency, and uncompromising safety standards.

A key contributor to the development of LNG infrastructure in India and abroad, Shri Mishra is widely respected for his strategic acumen, technical depth, and people-oriented leadership. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is also a passionate sports enthusiast and has represented EIL in PSPB Cricket Tournaments since 2017-18, reflecting his enduring commitment to teamwork, perseverance, and excellence both on and off the field.

Shri Yogendra Prasad Shukla is a science graduate and professionally a Cost Accountant. Previously, he was heading the Finance Department of the 1,760 MW Tanda Thermal Power Project of NTPC Limited Located in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh. He has undergone several pieces of training with reputed institutions. He carries with him a rich professional experience of over 22 years having served organisations like BEML and NTPC having exposure to the entire gamut of Finance and Accounts functions. Shri Yogendra Prasad Shukla is also a nominee Director in the subsidiary company of HOCL viz; Hindustan Fluorocarbons Limited.

Ms Vandana is an Indian Revenue Service Officer from the 2010 batch. She has completed M.Sc. in Biotechnology from IIT Roorkee in 2007. She has worked extensively in Indirect Tax Administration dealing with GST, Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax related matters from 2010-2024. She was posted at various locations including Pune, Mumbai and New Delhi. Presently, Ms Vandana is posted as Director in Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals since April, 2024. She is looking after BIS standards, Quality Control Orders, Foreign Trade Policy and issues of the Petrochemicals and Plastic Industries. She has also participated in the intersessional open-ended expert groups established by the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee to develop an international legally binding instrument on plastic pollution.
