Adoption of Integrity Pact in HOCL

HOCL has adopted Integrity Pact for all the tenders with estimated value above Rupees Fifty Lakh (excluding imports). The bidders quoting against such tenders shall sign and submit an “Integrity Pact (IP)” to be executed between the bidder and Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd. The format of the IP will be a part of tender documents.
